AgNWs@TiO2 and AgNPs@TiO2 Double-Layer Photoanode Film Improving Light Capture and Application under Low Illumination

In this article, silver nanowires (AgNWs) were prepared and introduced into the double-layer photoanode of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Silver with a diameter about 50–60 nm length 1–2 mm by polyol method. The power conversion efficiency DSSC made AgNWs@TiO2 AgNPs@TiO2 composite materials is 6.38%. Compared unmodified DSSC, combined AgNWs AgNPs increased 58.7%. This was mainly due to localized surface plasmon resonance effect caused AgNWs. light collection plasma AgNPs, it short-circuit photocurrent density (JSC). conductive properties improved interface charge transfer delay recombination. low environment on also investigated, best photovoltaic under an irradiance 10 mW/cm2 found be 8.78%.
